Do you only provide IT support in London?

No. While Unified IT is based in London, we provide remote IT support, Microsoft 365 management, cybersecurity services and project work for organisations across the UK.

One of the benefits of working with a smaller IT provider is continuity. You’ll work with people who understand your business, technology environment and long-term objectives, rather than being passed between multiple teams.

We support a wide range of organisations including schools, charities, accountancy practices, professional services firms and growing businesses. While every organisation is different, they all share a common goal — wanting technology that supports rather than hinders their success.

Yes. We regularly work with organisations that have internal IT resources but require additional expertise, project support or strategic guidance. Our role is to strengthen and complement existing capabilities.

Most of our clients have between 5 and 50 users, where they benefit from having a trusted technology partner to provide IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 management and strategic guidance.

We also support larger organisations through co-managed IT arrangements. In some cases, we work alongside internal IT teams supporting environments with 150+ users, providing additional expertise, project delivery and specialist support when required.
